Together we'll sechedule a face-to-face meeting to chat about your project

We'll set up the first face-to-face meeting to go through your project in its entirety and understand your vision to the deepest details. From the very beginning, we work intimately with you to ensure your vision is achieved perfectly.

We co-ordinate the design aspects of your build

We can use your design plans from your architect, refining them to fit your style and budget perfectly. Or we can utilise our network of architects if you don't yet have designs drawn up. Either way, it's our goal to ensure your vision is brought to life.

You're given an itemised quote based off the design plans

Your completed quote is given to you for approval, itemising all aspects included in the build. This includes detailed survey plan, council fees, QBCC Insurance fees, certification fees, town planning approvals, fixtures and fittings, swimming pool application & build.

You sign the contracts to get started

Once your quote is approved, we move forward to finalise your contract. Within this contract, we outline the timeline, including a specified completion date, progress payments, financing arrangements, construction insurance, and a certificate of currency. This contract marks the starting point for your project!

We get started on the build at the agreed upon date

The fun begins! We begin the build and get started on construction your dream home. Communication is massive for us and crucial for a successful build, so we make sure to keep you in the loop at every stage. Our team pride ourselves in being friendly, positive, and always creating a welcoming environment on site.
